In the event that your Amazon seller account is suspended and you need to recover your balance (funds), Novi Amazon provides professional support with our expert team to recover the balance (funds) from your account. Our balance (funds) recovery service includes critical stages such as preparing all documents requested by Amazon, drafting appeal letters, following up on the application process, preparing the user for meetings with Amazon, and developing strategic solutions.
We apply the best methods for your account for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 2 months during the balance recovery and suspension removal process. If the balance (funds) in your Amazon Seller Account is not recovered within 2 months, we refund 100% of the fee you paid. Our service is fully compliant with Amazon's procedures, and no fake or misleading documents are submitted.
At Novi Amazon, our goal is to resolve your suspension and balance (fund) blockage issues in accordance with Amazon policies.
1. Parties:
This agreement is entered into between “Novi Amazon” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) on the one hand, and the individual or company receiving the service (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) on the other hand, under the following terms and conditions.
2. Service Description:
The Service Provider offers professional support to the Customer regarding the suspension of their Amazon seller account and the removal of the suspension and balance (funds) recovery status. This includes:
Preparing balance (funds) recovery and suspension appeal letters appropriate to the reason for suspension,
Organizing documents that Amazon may request,
Making necessary corrections to balance (fund) recovery and suspension tracking,
Determining strategy based on Amazon's responses and making additional applications,
Providing the Customer with necessary information and guidance.
3. Service Duration and Fees:
The balance recovery and suspension service continues for 2 months.
The service fee is set at USD 450.
If the balance block cannot be lifted within 2 months, 100% of the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded.
If the balance blockage or related suspension is not lifted within 2 months during the balance recovery and suspension period, the Service Provider may request an extension if a solution is imminent.
Payments made for the balance recovery and suspension service are non-refundable; however, if a solution is not provided at the end of the period, a refund will be made under the above conditions.
During the balance recovery and suspension period, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded after deducting only $50 USD for Virtual Server expenses (costs). This is the final decision and applies to all suspension and balance (fund) recovery services.
4. Conditions:
The removal of the balance block and suspension status is not guaranteed, and Novi Amazon (Service Provider) only works to recover the balance in the customer's account by applying the best strategies.
The Customer accepts in advance that the Service Provider (Novi Amazon) does not guarantee success for the balance recovery and suspension service.
Novi Amazon may request that the Customer provide the necessary documents if Amazon requests new documents or additional information.
When applying for balance recovery and suspension services, the Customer agrees to comply with all procedures specified by Novi Amazon and to provide the necessary documents in a timely manner.
Novi Amazon cannot be held responsible for any adverse consequences arising from the Customer providing incomplete or inaccurate information in their statements during the balance recovery and suspension process.
Novi Amazon follows best practices in all correspondence and documentation submitted to Amazon for the removal of the Customer's balance block, but does not guarantee a definitive outcome as the final decision is always made by Amazon.
5. Customer Responsibilities:
The Customer is obligated to deliver the necessary documents requested by Novi Amazon on time and in full.
The Customer is responsible for any problems that may arise if they provide incomplete or incorrect information to Novi Amazon within the scope of the balance recovery and suspension service.
Documents such as invoices and inventory records that Amazon may request due to suspension are not provided by Novi Amazon. The Customer is responsible for obtaining these documents themselves.
6. Confidentiality and Data Use:
Novi Amazon undertakes to keep all data obtained during the balance recovery and suspension service process confidential.
It is guaranteed that the Customer's account information and documents related to suspension will not be shared with third parties.
7. Entry into Force and Acceptance:
This agreement enters into force upon payment by the Customer for the suspension service. The Customer receiving the service declares that they accept all the terms specified in this agreement.
