Pricing and Service Terms:

• This service is offered with a one-time payment.
• The service fee is set at 49 USD.
• The feedback service is typically completed within 7–14 days.
• No refunds are available after the service purchase.
• Novi Amazon applies the highest level of care and compliance to ensure accuracy and legal conformity of the service but cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes or changes in Amazon’s algorithms.

Customer Obligations:

• By purchasing the service, the Customer accepts all the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
• All services and processes provided by Novi Amazon are kept confidential.
• The Customer agrees to act in accordance with Amazon’s policies and acknowledges that account information will be kept confidential by Novi Amazon.
• All information, process details, and service-related activities of the Customer will not be shared with any third party.
• The Customer also agrees not to disclose any service details, Novi Amazon’s internal operations, or processes to any third person or organization.

Effective Date and Acceptance:
This agreement comes into effect upon the Customer’s purchase of the service. By purchasing the service, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
