Our fund recovery service includes preparing all documents requested by Amazon, drafting appeal letters, tracking the application process, preparing you for conversations with Amazon, and offering strategic solutions.

We apply the most effective methods for your case over a minimum of 1 week and up to 2 months. If the funds in your Amazon Seller Account are not recovered within 2 months, we offer a full 100% refund.

Our service follows Amazon’s official procedures. We do not use fake or misleading documents.

Agreement for Fund Recovery Service

SUSPENSION RESOLUTION SERVICE AGREEMENT:

1. Parties:
This agreement is executed between “Novi Amazon” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) on the one hand, and the individual or company receiving the service (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) on the other hand, under the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Description:
The Service Provider provides professional support to the Customer for the removal of Amazon seller account suspension (suspend) and balance (fund) recovery. This scope includes:

  • Preparation of appeal letters appropriate to the balance (fund) recovery and suspension reasons,
  • Organization of documents that may be requested by Amazon,
  • Monitoring of balance (fund) recovery and suspension processes and making the necessary corrections,
  • Determination of strategy and submission of additional applications based on Amazon’s responses,
  • Providing necessary information and guidance to the Customer.

3. Service Duration and Pricing:

  • Balance recovery and suspension service is provided for a period of 2 months.
  • The service fee is set at 449 USD for a single account.
  • The service fee is set at 799 USD for two accounts.
  • If the balance blockage cannot be removed within 2 months, 100% of the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded.
  • If the balance blockage or related suspension is not resolved within 2 months during the balance recovery and suspension period, the Service Provider may request an additional period if it determines that the process is close to resolution.
  • Payments made for balance recovery and suspension services are non-refundable; however, if no solution is achieved by the end of the service period, a refund will be issued under the conditions stated above.
  • During the balance recovery and suspension process, only 50 USD will be deducted from the amount paid by the Customer as Virtual Server (Server) expenses, and the remaining amount will be refunded. This is valid and final for all suspension and balance (fund) recovery services.

4. Terms and Conditions:

  • The removal of balance blockage and suspension is not guaranteed. Novi Amazon (Service Provider) only applies the best strategies to recover the balance in the Customer’s account.
  • The Customer acknowledges in advance that the Service Provider (Novi Amazon) does not provide a success guarantee for balance recovery and suspension services.
  • If Amazon requests new documents or additional information, Novi Amazon may request the Customer to provide the necessary documentation.
  • By applying for balance recovery and suspension services, the Customer agrees to comply with all procedures determined by Novi Amazon and to provide the required documents on time.
  • Novi Amazon cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Customer during the balance recovery and suspension process.
  • Novi Amazon follows best practices in all correspondence and documents submitted to Amazon for the removal of balance blockage; however, since the final decision is always made by Amazon, no definitive result is guaranteed.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

  • The Customer is obligated to provide all required documents requested by Novi Amazon accurately and on time.
  • The Customer is responsible for any issues arising from providing incomplete or incorrect information to Novi Amazon within the scope of balance recovery and suspension services.
  • Documents such as invoices and inventory records that may be requested by Amazon due to suspension are not provided by Novi Amazon. The Customer is responsible for obtaining these documents.

6. Confidentiality and Data Use:

  • Novi Amazon commits to keeping all data obtained during the balance recovery and suspension service process confidential.
  • It is guaranteed that the Customer’s account information and suspension-related documents will not be shared with third parties.

7. Entry into Force and Acceptance:
This agreement enters into force upon the Customer’s payment for the suspension service. By receiving the service, the Customer declares that they accept all the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
