N COMPREHENSIVE DROPSHIPPING TRAINING SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This agreement is executed between:
Service Provider: Novi Amazon
and
Service Recipient: The person purchasing the training
(hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”)
under the following terms and conditions.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the procedures and principles regarding the transfer of knowledge, experience, and training services related to the dropshipping business model on Amazon e-commerce platforms to the Customer within the scope of the N Comprehensive Dropshipping Training provided by Novi Amazon.

3. SCOPE AND DURATION OF THE TRAINING

3.1. The total duration of the training is 1 month.
3.2. The training is planned as 4 days per week, 1 hour per day.
3.3. The total training duration is 16 hours.
3.4. The training is conducted through live sessions, practical explanations, and operational examples.
3.5. The training content is for informational and experience-sharing purposes only and does not include any individual success guarantee.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. The total fee for the training is 1499 USD.
4.2. The training fee is collected in advance.
4.3. Once the training service has started, cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds are not available.
4.4. The Customer explicitly declares acceptance of this condition.

5. NO GUARANTEE

5.1. Novi Amazon does not guarantee income, profit, sales volume, or account approval.
5.2. Amazon policy changes, account closures, suspension cases, and all platform-related risks are known and accepted commercial risks by the Customer.
5.3. The training does not constitute an investment or profit commitment.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. Novi Amazon is not responsible for the Customer’s Amazon accounts, commercial activities, tax obligations, or financial results.
6.2. All decisions made after the training are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
6.3. Novi Amazon cannot be held responsible for decisions, restrictions, or sanctions imposed by Amazon.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONTENT PROTECTION

7.1. All information, documents, screen recordings, and strategies shared during the training belong to Novi Amazon.
7.2. Training content may not be shared with third parties, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes.
7.3. Any violation is subject to legal action.

8. EFFECTIVENESS

By purchasing the training, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms stated in this agreement.
This agreement enters into force upon completion of payment.
