We apply the best methods for your account for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 2 months during the violation removal process. Agreement for SUSPEND SOLUTION SERVICE

SUSPEND/VIOLATION RESOLUTION SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Parties:

This agreement is made between "Novi Amazon" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and the individual or company receiving the service (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").

2. Service Description:

The Service Provider offers professional assistance to the Client for resolving the Amazon seller account suspension/violation. The service includes:

  • Preparing appeal letters suitable for the reason of suspension/violation,
  • Organizing documents requested by Amazon,
  • Monitoring the suspension/violation process and making necessary corrections,
  • Developing strategies and submitting additional appeals according to Amazon’s responses,
  • Providing guidance and updates to the Client throughout the process.

3. Service Duration and Fees:

  • The suspension/violation service lasts for 2 months.
  • The service fee is 400 USD.
  • If the suspension/violation is not lifted within 2 months, 50% (200 USD) of the fee will be refunded to the Client.
  • The Service Provider may request an extension if progress toward resolution has been made.
  • Payments made for the suspension/violation service are non-refundable, except for partial refunds as stated above.

4. Terms and Conditions:

  • The Service Provider does not guarantee the removal of the suspension/violation but applies the best strategies to restore the account.
  • The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider does not provide a guarantee of success.
  • If Amazon requests additional documents, the Client agrees to provide them promptly.
  • The Client agrees to follow all procedures set by the Service Provider.
  • The Service Provider is not responsible for negative outcomes resulting from missing or incorrect information provided by the Client.
  • Since the final decision lies with Amazon, no absolute outcome can be guaranteed.

5. Client Responsibilities:

  • The Client must provide all required documents completely and on time.
  • The Client is responsible for any issues arising from missing or inaccurate information.
  • Any invoices, inventory, or stock documents required by Amazon must be supplied by the Client.

6. Confidentiality and Data Use:

  • Novi Amazon commits to keeping all client data confidential during the process.
  • The Client’s information and documents will not be shared with third parties.

7. Effective Date and Acceptance:

This agreement becomes effective upon payment by the Client for the suspension/violation service.
By making payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein.
