Suspension Resolution Service Agreement

1. Parties:
This agreement is made between “Novi Amazon” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) and the individual or company receiving the service (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) under the terms outlined below.

2. Service Description:
The Service Provider offers professional support to the Client for the resolution of Amazon seller account suspensions and the recovery of held funds. The service includes:

• Drafting appeal letters based on the reason for suspension or fund hold,
• Preparing any documents that may be requested by Amazon,
• Making necessary corrections and following up on suspension and fund recovery processes,
• Developing strategies and submitting additional applications based on Amazon's responses,
• Providing the Client with clear guidance and updates throughout the process.

3. Service Duration and Fees:

• The suspension and fund recovery service will be provided for a period of 2 months.
• The service fee is set at $299 USD.
• If the fund block is not resolved within 2 months, the Client will receive a 100% refund.
• If significant progress has been made but the issue remains unresolved within the 2-month period, the Service Provider may request an extension.
• Payments made for the suspension and fund recovery service are non-refundable unless the issue remains unresolved at the end of the service period under the terms above.
• In all refund cases, a $50 USD fee for virtual server (VPS) expenses will be deducted. This applies to all suspension and fund recovery services and is final.

4. Terms:

• Lifting the suspension or fund block is not guaranteed. Novi Amazon applies the best strategies to recover the Client’s funds but does not promise specific outcomes.
• The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider offers no guarantee of success.
• If Amazon requests additional documents during the process, the Client must supply the necessary information.
• By using the service, the Client agrees to follow all procedures as determined by Novi Amazon and provide documents on time.
• Novi Amazon is not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
• All communication and documents submitted to Amazon are based on best practices, but final decisions rest solely with Amazon.

5. Client Responsibilities:

• The Client must provide all requested documents in a timely and complete manner.
• The Client is responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information they provide.
• Novi Amazon does not supply invoices, inventory records, or other documents Amazon may request as part of the suspension reason; the Client must obtain these independently.

6. Confidentiality and Data Use:

• Novi Amazon commits to keeping all information obtained during the fund recovery and suspension process strictly confidential.
• The Client’s account details and any suspension-related documents will not be shared with third parties.

7. Effective Date and Acceptance:

This agreement becomes effective once payment is made by the Client for the suspension resolution service. By making payment, the Client agrees to all terms stated in this agreement.
